Design breakdown
This is a single character clip-art illustration cut in about 15 layers with 12 colors including medium blue, light sky blue, light pink, orange, red, teal, green, yellow, purple and tan fringe on a white solid background in portrait orientation. The cut is high complexity with fine details like the three upright feathers, bead trim, three-toed feet and hanging ribbons, so cut it at 4 inches or larger for clean edges.
