Summer Cartoon Villain Style Character PNG for Beach Volleyball Shirts, Mugs and Tote Bags

This Summer Cartoon Villain Style Character PNG is a single watercolor-style digital illustration of a cartoon villain-style character playing volleyball on a beach, delivered as a transparent PNG for shirts, mugs and tote bags. You get one PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background, so the design drops straight onto light or dark garments. The character wears a straw sun hat, round charcoal grey sunglasses and a flower lei, and the scene includes a royal blue volleyball, a striped scarf, a beach volleyball net, a palm tree and sand in straw tan. Its relaxed, funny mood suits summer parties, beach birthdays and anyone who loves volleyball. Sublimation printers, DTF workflows, Canva and Photoshop all open the file without fuss.

Design breakdown

The design is a single cartoon character illustration with a painterly, watercolor-style finish, cut in 12 layers and built from nine colours: white, royal blue, straw tan, skin peach, charcoal grey, red, yellow, turquoise and pink. The palette covers the straw sun hat, round sunglasses, red and yellow flower lei, striped scarf, royal blue volleyball, beach volleyball net, palm tree, beach towel, pillow and sand. The artwork sits on a transparent background at 300 dpi. Its fine details, including the lei petals and the net lines, call for careful cutting at 4 inches or larger if you plan to cut vinyl.
