The bold flat-fill look uses orange, green, pink and blue with thick dark outlines so it pops as a download PNG file on light and dark blanks.
Design breakdown
This is a single portrait-oriented character cut in about 10 layers with 9 flat colors including white, golden yellow, light yellow, pink, green, orange, blue, black and dark brown outline. The art has high cut complexity due to the spiky hair, small bow, sash knot and chest emblem, so cut it at 4 inches or larger for clean edges.
