Cute Cat Paw Police Cartoon With Puppy Sidekick For Birthday Party

This white cartoon cat police character with a small brown puppy sidekick is one ready-to-print PNG design with a transparent background made for sublimation and print-and-cut on t-shirts, tote bags, stickers and party decorations. You get a high-resolution PNG file that keeps the crisp edges and soft shading intact for clean pressing and cutting. The artwork features the anthropomorphic white cat with whiskers and a pink bow wearing a blue police cap with a paw-print shield, a blue vest with a gold heart-shaped tag and a black walkie-talkie, plus the small brown and white puppy in a red cap and vest, set over a light ground shadow with pebbles, bright blue banner, hot pink button shape and flat kawaii-inspired color fills in bright blue, hot pink and gold yellow.

Design breakdown

This is a single character mashup illustration built in about 18 layers with a 10-color palette of white, black, bright blue, dark navy, hot pink, gold yellow, tan brown, brown, red and light tan. The style uses bold black outlines with flat color fill and soft shading, chibi proportions and a portrait orientation on a solid white background. The cut complexity is high due to fine details like whiskers, the bow, belt and walkie-talkie, so cut it at 4 inches or larger for clean edges.
