Design breakdown

This is a single square design cut in about 18 layers with a bold black outline, cel-shaded coloring and glossy highlights. The art uses 10 colors and sits on a solid white background for clean cutting and printing. Because the cut complexity is high with small cupcakes, gift ribbons, confetti and spiked quills, cut it at 4 inches or larger for best results on vinyl or paper.
